”PCI vs CABG Learn from European New Guideline”

虚血性心疾患安定狭心症に対して、米国、ヨーロッパ、日本とガイドラインが出て、ハートチームでこの疾患に対してアプローチすることが標準とされるようになった。この度、Syntax Trial 等の最新のエビデンスを元にヨーロッパにおいて新たなガイドラインが内科外科双方からの作成班により作成されることとなった。この作成班の外科側のチーフであるKolh教授にこの新たなガイドラインをヨーロッパ外で初めて解説してもらい、本邦の現状と合わせて、本邦の安定性狭心症の治療法の将来に対して議論をする予定である。ハートチームをどのように形成するのか。治療法の決定を具体的にどのようにするのか。最終的なアウトカムをどのように見るのか。患者側の要望にどのように答えるのか。このような問題に対しての解答をKolh教授を交えて本邦の代表的な第一線の外科医、内科医との議論で明らかにできれば幸甚である。

It is thought that heart team approach to stable angina of ischemic heart disease become a standard therapy after guidelines were published in US, Europe and Japan. This summer new guideline will emerge in Europe by joint committee of cardiologist and surgeons in Europe. In this symposium Professor Phillipe Kolh, co- chairman from surgical side in the joint committee, will make a keynote lecture about this the first time outside of Europe and discussion will be made with the top Japanese cardiologists and cardiac surgeons based on the current status of Japan. How do we create heart team and how do we respond to patient’s needs? Audiences attended will be expected to learn a new insight of therapy in coronary heart diseases from new European Guideline.
